Gary Vaynerchuk Urges Entrepreneurs to Flood Social Media With AI Content

Marketing entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk is telling business owners to stop overthinking social media and start posting at scale. Speaking at Entrepreneur’s Overcoming Impossible event last week, the VaynerMedia CEO said his businesses publish 900 pieces of content a day, and that is still not enough for him. He believes entrepreneurs already have the free tools to reach customers if they commit to the work.

Volume Plus TikTok Affiliates

Vaynerchuk asked attendees selling physical products to stand, and about a quarter of the room did. He then outlined a two-part plan. First, use AI tools to generate images and videos about products or services, and distribute them across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Second, recruit TikTok affiliates who sell on a company’s behalf in exchange for a share of the sales. His own target is 100,000 pieces of content a day by next year.

He then asked why so few people in the room would actually act. His answer was fear of judgment, insecurity and reluctance to try unfamiliar things. He urged owners to invest time in learning how platforms and AI tools work, saying that becoming a practitioner is what matters.

Turning Livestreams Into Clips

One audience member, an 11th grader, said he sells records and merchandise through livestreams and has grossed more than $3 million this year. Vaynerchuk advised feeding hours of footage into an AI system that cuts it into short clips for posting. Even a livestream with no sales, he noted, leaves raw material for future content.

For those uneasy on camera, he suggested writing on Twitter and LinkedIn, or starting a podcast. The point, he said, is to communicate consistently, study the results and adjust. In the AI era, he argued, communication is what remains.
