Gary Vaynerchuk Urges Entrepreneurs to Post Hundreds of AI Clips Daily

Gary Vaynerchuk, the serial entrepreneur and CEO of VaynerMedia, says small businesses can grow dramatically by copying two inexpensive tactics. Speaking at Entrepreneur’s Overcoming Impossible event last week, he revealed that his businesses publish 900 social media posts every day.

Even that figure, he said, is far from enough. Vaynerchuk is targeting 100,000 pieces of content a day by next year. He told the audience that volume is the way to stand out in a crowded feed.

Two Tactics for Rapid Growth

His first piece of advice is to use AI tools to generate pictures and videos about products and services, then post them across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. The second is to recruit TikTok affiliates who sell on a company’s behalf and earn a percentage of the sales they drive. He promised that doing both would make a business “dramatically explode.”

Vaynerchuk then asked why so few people who stood up at the event would actually act on the advice. He blamed fear of judgment, insecurity and unfamiliarity, and urged entrepreneurs to invest time in learning how social platforms and AI tools work.

Turning Livestreams Into Content

One audience member, an 11th grader, said he sold records and merchandise through livestreams and had grossed over $3 million this year. Vaynerchuk advised him to feed his hours of footage into an AI system that clips it into short videos for posting. Even a livestream that produces no sales, he noted, leaves material to cut up.

For those uncomfortable on camera, Vaynerchuk suggested writing on Twitter and LinkedIn, or starting a podcast. His central message: communicate consistently, study the results and adjust.
