Mark Wahlberg Shares Extreme Morning Workout: ‘It’s Not Even Light’
The Mark Wahlberg actor has committed to his fitness routine and gave fans a glimpse of his workout at 4 am

The Time Star, 51, shared part of his morning workout on Instagram on Friday. Posting a video of himself doing abdominal work.
“GOD HA keep praying @performinspired Nutrition4 am club is back,” Wahlberg wrote in the post. A voiceover asked the actor as he was amidst a crisis.
Wahlberg snorted and then said, “4 am,” before his partner pointed the camera at the window and said, “It’s not even light.” Former professional athletes praised Wahlberg’s Training. Including Karen Butler and Julian Edelman among commentators, offering applause and goat emoticons.
The avid fitness enthusiast, co-founder of Performance Inspired Nutrition, and investor in popular fitness program F45 Training. That has made no secret of his commitment and regularly posts snapshots of his workouts on Instagram. The actor said gaining weight for the role had challenged him. “I had to whisper so my wife wouldn’t be mad that she wasn’t wearing a shirt,” Wahlberg joke in his caption, referring to his soft voice in the video.
