Christine Cavallari is’ delighted’ by her weight gain

“I have gained a lot of weight over the last few years, but in a good way,” Christine Cavallari said in a recent interview.

In an news with Us Weekly published Tuesday, the 35-year-old Very Cavallari graduate spoke about the new confidence he has in his body after developing a fitness program that has left him “feeling the best I’ve ever felt.”

“My goal now is to keep the muscles I have. I’m not trying to lose weight,” he continued. Looking at some of her earlier photos, the Uncommon Beauty founder said she was “shocked by how weak” she was before. “Back then, I didn’t realize how skinny I was. So I was happy to be overweight,” she says.

Without using a scale to track his weight, the Laguna Beach graduate reveals that he started building muscle by working out with a professional trainer.

“I’m just a little girl. I don’t have hips. I’m just small.

So if I don’t train for a week or two, I feel very comfortable in my skin. Now, it’s an excellent feeling,” she said.

When she is not working out with her trainer, she’s working out on her own and even taking a few steps at VersaClimber—while sticking to a “healthy lifestyle” that involves very little alcohol.

“I feel like I’m doing things that I love right now, and it feels perfect,” he said at the exit. “Right now, I have the perfect work-life balance, and I’m so grateful for that.” Cavallari shares three children – sons Camden Jack, 9, and Jackson Wyatt, 8, and daughter Sailor James, 6 – with ex-husband Jay Cutler. After ten years together, he announced his separation from Cutler, 39, in April 2020.

Earlier this month, the True Roots author took advice from his sons, telling them to “meet someone older.”

“I got dating advice from my son,” Cavallari told Instagram Story.
