Zendaya goes intergalactic in bold new campaign for On

Zendaya steers to space, outfitted in things from On’s most recent collection.

A Daring New Look for a Style Icon

Zendaya is no stranger to bold fashion choices, but her latest transformation for athletic brand On might be one of her most daring yet. In the brand’s space-inspired “Zone Dreamers” campaign, the 28-year-old actress debuts a chic, cropped pixie cut — one of her shortest hairstyles to date. The dark brown, tousled cut frames her face and highlights her signature bone structure, marking a major departure from her recent red carpet looks.

Out of This World Style

But the pixie cut isn’t the only striking feature of the campaign. Zendaya also sports prosthetic elf-like ears, reminiscent of Star Trek’s Vulcan characters, adding a futuristic, extraterrestrial vibe to the shoot. The campaign was brought to life by her longtime stylist Law Roach and visionary photographer-director Nadia Lee Cohen.

The short film accompanying the campaign stars Zendaya and three other characters preparing for a space mission, outfitted in sleek, body-hugging ensembles designed by Roach for On. The setting includes a spaceship environment, complete with zero gravity effects, blending sci-fi fantasy with high fashion and performance wear.

Launching New Gear

The “Zone Dreamers” campaign also serves as the debut for two new products from On:

  • The Studio Knit Bodysuit – a seamless, body-sculpting one-piece
  • The Cloudzone Sneaker – the brand’s latest innovation in footwear

Both are part of On’s Spring 2025 Movement Lifestyle Collection, which is now available to shop.

Zendaya on Creative Freedom and Collaboration

Zendaya expressed her excitement about the project, calling it a special collaboration.

“Zone Dreamers was such a joy to create,” she told Women’s Wear Daily. “I’ve loved working with On to bring something so creative and unexpected to life.”

She also praised her collaborators:

“Teaming up with Nadia for the first time brought such a unique energy to the set, and collaborating with Law—as always—made the experience even more special.
