Paulina Porizkova joins the gym and says getting fit after menopause is a lot of work

The actress and model, 57, talks about the challenges of staying in shape as she ages.

On Tuesday, Paulina Porizkova the 57-year-old actress and model posted a video on Instagram showing her workout routine. Detailing what exercise has been like for her since her period. In the clip linked to Sia’s “Unstoppable,” she hits the gym with her trainer and works on the arm and back exercises.

“Keeping fit after menopause takes a lot of work. Especially when you have wobbly hips,” Porizkova wrote in the magazine. “I’ve had to cut back on my Pilates since I got back from shooting #beyondtheedge because my hips aren’t supporting it. What I’m doing instead now is serious PT. I found an amazing trainer at my local Crunch, Shelly, who alternates hip training with strength training.”

The former model admits that due to her constant travel, her results are not consistent, but she will continue to do the work.

“So, yes, there is a reduction in aging,” Porizkova said. “You have to work hard on the unknown.

Outside. Inside, however, all the hard work that has been done pays off in the end.”

She added, “I may not be as strong or flexible or gentle as I was in my youth. But I’m comfortable with my weaknesses, aware of my weaknesses, and driven Mainly for my strength – and above all, I’m smart. This is not the first time Porizkova has spoken publicly about aging gracefully. In May, he told the news what it’s like to age as a regular on tour (he turned 13 in the late ’70s).
