Kim Kardashian says she gets “a different level of respect” from dating Kanye West

“I mean, when Kim Kardashian with Kanye and he introduces me to a lot of people, I think it must have caused a lot of people to have a different level of respect,” said Kim Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian has revealed how her relationship with Kanye West has affected her celebrity status.

Speaking to Chief Editor Mel Ottenberg’s Interview for the September 2022 issue of American Dream magazine. The 41-year-old founder of SKIMS recalled the moment he realized he had “arrived into high society.”

“I mean, when I’m with Kanye and he introduces me to a lot of people. I think it must have given a lot of people a different level of respect,” Kardashian said. The former couple first started dating in 2012 and married in 2014; Kardashian filed for divorce in 2021.

Her relationship with West, 45, isn’t the only thing that has earned Kardashian respect, she says.

“I’ve also seen S — lately — go to law school, just do what I want and be myself, and people see that and respect that. There’s a level to that,” added the star.

Speaking to Interview, Kardashian also had good things to say about her ex-boyfriend, Pete Davidson, who broke up with her last month.

When Ottenberg joked about BDE (“big d—energy”) and suggested Davidson as a future cover star in an interview, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum replied, “He’s cute.”

She added: “He’s such a nice guy that they don’t like him anymore. I’m happy to see what he’s doing.” Kardashian and Davidson were first linked when they kissed during a skit on the SNL host’s debut last October. Later that month, they got into a romantic relationship. When they were photographed holding hands on a roller coaster at Notts Berry Farm. Davidson officially confirmed his relationship with Kardashian to news. in February, calling him his girlfriend.
