Jennifer Lopez Changed Her Life After Fatigue Panic Attack
Jennifer Lopez wrote in her newsletter that her health philosophy has become “pro-life and anti-aging.”
Jennifer Lopez admits the pitfalls of being the queen of the industry.
The 52-year-old Grammy nominee recalled feeling “physically paralyzed” during a severe panic attack she experienced in her late 20s from exhaustion. In the latest issue of her On the JLo newsletter, she shares the importance of sleep.
“There was a time when I slept 3 to 5 hours a night. I was on set all day and in the studio, all night. Sketching and shooting videos on the weekends,” he wrote. “I was in my late 20s and thought I was invincible.
“When I was sitting in the trailer one day and all the work and stress that came with it. Combined with not getting enough sleep to recover mentally, chased me. Lopez said she “went from feeling completely normal to thinking about what to do that day. And suddenly I felt like I couldn’t move.”
“I’m completely frozen,” Lopez wrote. He said he “couldn’t see clearly,” and his physical symptoms “started to scare me, and his anxiety increased. The singer added, “Now I know it’s a classic panic attack caused by fatigue, but I had never heard the term back then. “My security on set came and took me to the doctor. When I got there, at least I could talk. And I was so scared I thought I was going crazy,” Lopez said. It would help if you slept…sleep 7-9 hours a night, don’t drink caffeine, and make sure you exercise that much at work.
