Jennifer Lawrence Dress Babydoll After Welcoming Her First Baby
“She’s so happy and excited to be a mom,” a source told after Jennifer Lawrence’s pregnancy was announced in September. Jennifer Lawrence is still thinking about babies – at least as far as her fashion is concerned.
After welcoming her first child to 31-year-old Oscar winner Cook Maroni earlier this year, she was photographed wearing the latest baby dress trend Dôen as she stepped out in Santa Monica, California, on Friday.
She wore a high-waisted white beltless dress with flared sleeves, all cut with eyelets, and completed the ensemble with a team of white sneakers and a pearl necklace. In February, Lawrence and Maroni, 37, welcomed their new addition, TMZ reports. Shortly after, the couple was spotted in a wheelchair. Her rep previously confirmed her pregnancy to PEOPLE in September.
A source previously told news that Lawrence is “grounded and ready to be a parent because he loves family life.”
Since then, the “Don’t Look Up” actress appeared on the phone last month on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Where the talk show host said the couple had a boyfriend.
During an interview with Vanity Fair, Lawrence previously revealed that she wanted to keep her son’s life out of the spotlight.
“If I’m having dinner and someone says, ‘Oh my God, you have a baby. I’m not going to be like God, I can’t talk about it. Get away from me, you lunatic!” she said in November. “But every instinct in my body wanted to protect her privacy for the rest of her life as best as possible. I don’t want anyone to feel accepted by her presence. And I feel like it’s just getting started by not including it in that part of my job,” Lawrence added.
Lawrence married Maroni, director of an art gallery in New York, in October 2019 in a lavish ceremony in Rhode Island. They first got engaged in February after dating in 2018
