Rajat Diwaker Appointed India CEO, PC Musthafa Takes Global Role
Leadership Appointments:
- Rajat Diwaker: iD Fresh Food has appointed Rajat Diwaker, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the FMCG industry, as its new CEO for India. Diwaker was previously the Managing Director of Marico Bangladesh Limited and serves as a director on the board of Foreign Investors’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) Bangladesh.
- PC Musthafa: The founder of iD Fresh Food, PC Musthafa, who has led the company for nearly two decades, will transition to the role of Global CEO. He will also continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Strategic Focus:
- Global Expansion: In his new role, PC Musthafa will focus on global expansions, developing food-tech capabilities, strategic acquisitions, nurturing organizational culture, and driving innovations tailored for the global market.
- Market-Specific Appointments: iD Fresh plans to appoint dedicated Business Heads and CEOs for each international market, aiming to strengthen its presence globally. Currently, over one-third of the company’s revenues come from outside India.
- New Market Entries: Looking ahead to 2024, iD Fresh aims to enter new markets, including Singapore and Australia, while also consolidating its position in existing markets.
