Guess Jeans and Hysteric Glamour Unite for a Nostalgic SS26 Capsule

Guess Jeans has joined forces with iconic Japanese label Hysteric Glamour for a limited Spring/Summer 2026 capsule collection, set to launch on April 3. The collaboration merges California’s surf and skate heritage with Tokyo’s countercultural edge, creating a line that feels both nostalgic and boldly contemporary.

A Meeting of Two Iconic Worlds

The collection draws deeply from both brands’ archives, reimagining classic Guess Jeans silhouettes through Hysteric Glamour’s signature subversive graphic lens. Vintage West Coast iconography is layered with iconic Hysteric motifs across a range of pieces. Embossed and laser-treated denim sits alongside Venice Beach–inspired retro multi-stripe fabrics, while labels are appliquéd over pockets like archival stickers, lending each piece a tactile, handcrafted quality.

Hysteric Glamour founder Nobuhiko Kitamura described the project as a personal reimagining of nostalgia, expressing hope that a new generation would find their own ways to style the pieces.

Where Heritage Meets Youth Culture

For Guess Jeans, the partnership is part of a broader strategy to position the brand at the crossroads of fashion, music, and art. Chief New Business Development Officer Nicolai Marciano highlighted the shared values of individuality and bold self-expression that make the collaboration feel natural. A cinematic campaign, shot at a Los Angeles motel, will roll out on social media alongside the drop.

The collection will be available at flagship stores in Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Berlin, as well as through select retailers and global e-commerce platforms — making it accessible to the worldwide audience both brands have long inspired.
