Jessica Biel Says Renewing ‘Intimate’ Vows With Justin Timberlake ‘So Touching’

Jessica Biel says she and her husband Justin Timberlake “barely” arranged and “nearly called off” their renewal of vows in Italy.

Last month, the actress Jessica Biel celebrate ten years of marriage to her husband, Justin Timberlake. On their anniversary special, the couple revealed to fans that they had a vow renewal ceremony in Italy over the summer. During Tuesday’s “Today with Hoda & Jenna,” Biel, 40, clarified that while the show “sounds big,” it “isn’t.”

“It was very intimate. It was very small, our group of friends and we barely put it together,” she said. “We almost canceled it. We thought, ‘This is stupid, are we going to feel stupid about it?’ And it was actually exciting. I thought, ‘Wow, we’re going to keep it. Look at us!’ It felt so good.”

Co-host Hoda Kotb then asked how Biel and Timberlake’s wedding was looking after a decade.

“I felt like I had no idea, a combination of great security and a deep understanding of other people,” says Beal. “But also, I think, a sense of security to be back adventuring and curious about the world again as a couple and as individuals.

She added, “Justin always said, he said, ‘We can’t stop dating.’ We have to go further. He always says that. Also he’s right.” Biel, who shares sons Phineas, 2, also Silas, 7, with the singer, post a gallery of photos to Instagram last month celebrating their anniversary.

“Marrying you is the adventure of a lifetime! bring it back babe RUN GET HIM BACK. I love you,” she write in the caption.

Meanwhile, Timberlake, 41, wrote on his page: “10 years is not enough! You make me a better husband also father every day! I love you so much; you are a beautiful person!
