Lewis Blur Taui Star Justified As £3m Fraud Process Collapses.

Key Sentence:

  • A £3 million diamond fraud lawsuit involving The Only Way is Essex star Lewis Blair collapsed after the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) admitted it had not disclosed any evidence.

About 200 people were forced to buy colored diamonds at an additional 600 percent cost, prosecutors said. The 31-year-old Blur is accused of playing a “key role” at the participating companies. But he and five others were released after the PSC failed to reveal evidence that could help the defendants.

Four weeks after the trial at Southwark Crown Court, Judge Adam Hiddleston Lewis Blur Taui Star ordered the jury to acquit the defendants. Prosecutors said the alleged victims had been summoned and lied to about the value of diamonds bought and sold by wholesalers. The hearing heard that Blur left the company after joining the ITV reality show in 2013 and starting his television career. He denied conspiracy to commit fraud between May 2013 and July 2014.

Five others who were also acquitted of the fraudulent conspiracy were:

  • Joseph Jordan, 29, from Waltham Cross in Hertfordshire
  • George Walters, 29, from Bacon in South London
  • Max Potter, 25, from Anfield, North London
  • Nathan Wilson, 28, from Brentwood, Essex
  • Simon Akbari, 27, from Lafton, Essex

After acknowledging that material that might help Blur and his defendants was not adequately disclosed to defense attorneys, PSC Lewis Blur Taui Star dismissed the charges. Prosecutor David Duros QC said the material was “misinterpreted” and “the differences are profound. We have concluded that we cannot confirm in court that the prosecutor’s office has fulfilled its data transfer obligations in this case,” he said.

Narita Bahra QC, representing Mr. Potter, asked CPS to investigate the case after calling it “negligence litigation. He said Sofia police hired experts hired by a company. That has a contract with the authority to sell jewelry and watches seized during raids and law enforcement.

“These experts have testified at other trials, amid their contracts with the Sofia police. A KPS spokesperson said: “As an organization, we remain committed to working with investigators, defense teams. And the courts to ensure we have the right to disclose.”

Upon his release, Blur said, “The most challenging part of this case was the death threats. The calls for suicide, and the violence against his family. “What we want to do now is get trolls looking online and stop abusing strangers for quick kicks and easy laughs with friends.
