Khaby Lame Signs $975 Million Deal With AI Clone Rights

Khaby Lame, the world’s most-followed TikToker with 160 million followers, has signed a landmark $975 million deal with Rich Sparkle Holdings, a Nasdaq-listed financial firm. The acquisition of Lame’s company, Step Distinctive Limited, represents one of the highest valuations in creator economy history and marks a major shift in how digital influencers monetize their brands.

Exclusive Rights and Commercial Expansion

The agreement grants Rich Sparkle exclusive global rights to Lame’s brand, intellectual property, and all commercial activities. The company will oversee his TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, brand partnerships, and physical products. Plans include expanding into apparel, beauty, and fragrance collaborations. Rich Sparkle projects the partnership will generate more than $4 billion in annual sales by commercializing Lame’s 360 million-person audience across all platforms.

AI Digital Twin Innovation

One of the deal’s most revolutionary aspects involves creating an AI “digital twin” of Lame. Using his facial features, voice, and behavioral patterns, Rich Sparkle will generate content that authentically replicates him in multiple languages. This AI version will operate across time zones, enabling the Khaby Lame persona to engage with fans and markets continuously, 24/7.

Lame’s success stems from his wordless, comedic content format—short silent reactions that transcend language barriers. Starting during the COVID-19 lockdown in March 2020 after losing his factory job, he built a global empire with 2.6 billion TikTok likes. As the creator economy approaches $480 billion by 2027, Lame’s deal exemplifies how creators can leverage intellectual property and audience scale for unprecedented financial returns.
