Lauren opened with a jacquard corset shirt paired with low-slung pants featuring side buttons down to midcalf, followed by shrunken floral jackets, a gold embroidered wrap tank and frilled tops layered under structured blazers. Feminine pieces were balanced by rugged elements like distressed denim, parachute-style trousers and a feather-trimmed workwear jacket, keeping the collection grounded in the brand’s practical roots even as it pushed toward something bolder.
Craftsmanship Takes Center Stage
Behind the scenes, the show highlighted new techniques, including digitally printed florals designed to mimic raised, dimensional texture rather than hand-painting. Even simpler pieces, like a T-shirt-and-skirt combination, involved intricate detailing such as resin-yarn floral embroidery. Eveningwear pushed the sensuality further with hand-painted sequin gowns, draped silk lamé dresses and cutout silhouettes.
