Investment Details:
- The investment process included converting a previous loan agreement worth €3.6 million into equity, along with an additional investment of €4.4 million.
- NODWIN’s total investment in Freaks 4U Gaming now amounts to €8 million, securing a 13.51% stake in the company.

- NODWIN has the option to acquire majority control in the future by swapping equity of Freaks 4U Gaming investors and founders with NODWIN shares.
