Naomi Biden’s White granddaughter turned to the iconic American label Ralph Lauren to design her wedding dress.
Naomi Biden chose a timeless bridal look and brand American heritage for her White House nuptials to Peter Neill.
The bride wore a custom-made Chantilly lace gown from the Ralph Lauren collection. The design featured organza petals that were hand-applied along the bodice and cascading down the skirt. She paired the dress with a silk organza cathedral veil with custom Chantilly lace and embroidered detail.
The appeal to Ralph Lauren has a strong meaning for the First Family. At the inauguration in 2021, President Biden wore America’s legendary label from head to toe. His matching coat, tie, suit, and mask are all Ralph Lauren.
Naomi, 28, a Columbia law graduate and daughter of Hunter Biden and ex-wife Kathleen Buhle, joined her sisters Finnegan, 22, and Maisie, 21, on this special day. Finnegan stands next to Naomi after she and Peter say “yes”. Neal, 25, who studied law, previously interned for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and also at the White House during Barack Obama’s presidency.
“Forever,” she captioned the photo, while Neil shared the same picture on his own Instagram page without captions.
Naomi announced the couple’s engagement on Instagram in September 2021 with a selfie of the couple posing in the sun. She raised her hand in the shot to show off her gorgeous engagement ring. In July, Naomi announced on Twitter that her wedding would be held on the South Lawn of the WhiteHouse.
“Soooo not sure how best to update this but we should have done it last week… but we finally found out where the ceremony will be held… and what a relief for the Secret Service and with the approval of our dogs….” married in the south yard! I’m so excited,” he wrote.
