Halsey debuted off her TikTok hairstyle that went viral on Instagram on Wednesday.
Halsey’s latest hair transformation is a blast from the past.
The Badlands hitmaker transforms her waist-high waves into a ’90s-style shaggy blonde mullet.
In an Instagram video posted on Wednesday, the singer turns from side to side to show off the wave-textured cut, which runs down the nape and messy bangs.
Halsey paired the hairstyle with blue eye shadow and muted red lipstick from her About Face makeup line to accentuate the vintage look.
“My mullet is back. And the red and blue makeup combination is only from the nineties.
Made by mixing eye shadow and @aboutfacebeauty lip color now at @ultabeauty,” Halsey wrote in her post caption.
The “Without Me” singer previously wore a long bob with cut pixie bangs. In addition to showing off her most virtual hairstyles and styles, Halsey often uses her platform to advocate for her interests, most recently supporting women’s rights after the overthrow of Roe v. Navigate the Supreme Court in June.
In an open note published in Vogue on July 1, Halsey opened up about her experiences with abortion and her three miscarriages. “Many people have asked me whether, since having children after years of struggling to have them, I have reconsidered my position on abortion,” wrote Halsey, 27. “The answer is no. I’ve never felt more substantial than that. “
“My abortion saved my life and let my son have it,” they continued, referring to their son Ender Ridley, whom they shared with partner Alev Ayden. “Every human has the right to choose when, if and how to live this dangerous and life-changing experience. I will hold my son in one hand and fight with all my might with the other.”
“I had three miscarriages before my 24th birthday. It seems ironic that I could get pregnant so easily, but I’m struggling to keep my pregnancy alive,” Halsey said.
