Henry was fired last summer on charges of “intentional sexual misconduct” and made several high-profile allegations in his lawsuit. Former Fox News correspondent Ed Henry – fired from the station last year for sexual misconduct – sued his former employer and Fox News CEO Susanne Scott for defamation and advocated several explosive lawsuits.
