The model opened up to feelings of “guilt” and “shame” about the struggle against Breastfeeding. Chrissy Teigen continues to share her journey with honesty and reaches out to Twitter with a simple message: “Normal formula.”

The mom and cookbook author posted the topic on the subject a few days after her Thanksgiving. “Okay, I’m going to say something, and everyone will work for sure, but here it is: Normalizing Formula,” he wrote on Sunday, November 29. “Normalizing Breastfeeding is a huge and wonderful thing. But I’m more embarrassed to have to use baby milk for lack of milk because of depression and whatever…”

She continues, “People have surrogates, people have trouble breastfeeding, and all you hear as a new mom worrying is how breasts are best…” Normalizing Breastfeeding is “perfect.” Normalizing Formula “is also great! So yeah. That’s it! Normalize formula! Your baby will be BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT, AND GOOD – he continued.

Teigen has publicly tweeted about her own breastfeeding experience, stating that the pressure to produce enough milk is making the situation worse. “I remember pumping ASS OFF, the highest mode, so many times because I didn’t think the milk would go into my mouth while I was breastfeeding,” she wrote. “It’s driving me so crazy I can only get an ounce. An ounce!”

The model then calls the subject his next “crusade.” “The stress combined with the guilt of not being able to do the most natural things in nature for your baby is just too much,” she says. “I don’t know why this is my crusade now. I remember the sadness I felt, and I want you to know that you are doing it right when your baby is breastfeeding, Mom.” Chrissy Teigen’s tweet was met with messages of support from other parents who agree that what matters most is feeding. Baby and take care of mother’s health.

Just days before this release, Teigen revealed a recent miscarriage. “When I get old and white, I will look back on the last two months as a brutal, exhausting, sad, physically challenging, psychologically painful prostitute for several months,” the model wrote on November 27 on Instagram.
