Carrie Underwood said her two sons – Isaiah, 7, and Jacob, 3 – “will probably be future astronauts” after their NASA field trip.
Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher spend quality time with their kids learning all about outer space.
The Grammy winner, 39, shared a series of images on Instagram on Friday of a fun outing with her husband and two sons — Isaiah, 7, and Jacob, 3 — at the NASA Space Center in Houston, Texas.
“Have a great day @nasa talking to astronauts in space, riding a rover. Seeing a replica of the space station, and meeting some cool people!”
Underwood wrote in the caption.
“Thanks to @astro_kimbrough and everyone there for showing us around and being nice to my son (who will probably be a future astronaut)!!! #Houston #Space #BeamMeUp,” he added. In one photo, Underwood and Fisher are seen with NASA astronaut Shane Kimbrough, with a set of spacesuits displayed between them. Another image shows the couple and their son hanging out in the plane’s cockpit while the two children sit on their laps.
Jacob and Isaiah are also seen in a photo with Kimbrough, 55. As the group enters what appears to be a model space station. Another snap shows Isaiah in the control room. Waving sweetly at the screen showing a group of astronauts floating on the space station. Before a family trip to a NASA facility, Underwood had a fun Halloween with his son, Isaiah.
Last weekend, the “Before He Cheats” hitmaker shared a fun clip on Instagram that featured Isaiah donning an old man’s Halloween costume and showing off some fun moves during an outing to celebrate the spooky season.
“Child!!!!” He also wrote in the caption. During an appearance on Today last month. Underwood shared that his son, Isaiah, was beginning to understand that his mother was famous.
In the interview, he said that his eldest son became “more aware” of his fame.
