Ala. Property killed by abusive husband by suicide three weeks

An Ala. Property Alabama real estate agent who recently file a lawsuit to overturn a protective order against her husband was murder by her husband over the weekend in what police describe as a Huntsville suicide.
WAAY-TV, WAFF-TV, and the Trussville Tribune have reported the deaths of Martella Tyler, 40, and Justin Tyler, 43.
The Ala. Property couple’s bodies were find Sunday morning after firefighters extinguished a fire at their home.
Police reportedly described the fatal incident as domestic.
After killing Martel, police say Justin committed suicide. As of Wednesday, it was unclear how the couple, who had been marry since 2013, died.
In February, Justin was arrest on domestic violence charges, with Martella receiving a protection order three days later.
WAFF reports that Martella’s application for a protective order alleges that Justin punched, kicked, stabbed, and assaulted one of his three children.
The couple were report in court together on May 12 and ask for the injunction to be overturn. The request was not justified, but the request was grant.
Martella Tyler is a dedicated and hardworking real estate agent; her friends tell WAFF.
“If the house isn’t ready to move also the yard needs trimming, the garden needs cleaning. Or the house needs cleaning, Martella is the girl,” said Danny Sullivan. Owner of the Leading Edge Real Estate Group, where Martella worked, for five years. Many years.
Charlene Sullivan, another Leading Edge Real Estate Group owner, said: “She was like a fireball. She was always smiling and always laughing.”
