When aicha evans agreed to emerge as the new ceo of autonomous vehicle start-up zoox in 2019. She made records as the first black lady to run a self-riding vehicle organisation. In 2020, she sheparded zoox upon a $1.3 billion sale to amazon.
Now evans is working by amazon to realise zoox’s imaginative and prescient of an self reliant experience-hailing service with its personal fleet of completely self-using electric powered motors.
Evans, who was born in senegal also has a pc engineering degree from the george washington university. Earlier spent 12 years at intel.
