The same brain implant developed by Neuralink, owned by Elon Musk, would enable people to converse with machines using their thoughts.

The US-based brain interface startup Synchron is developing technology to revolutionise everyday life for people with paralysis. Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos, the co-founders of Microsoft, have funded Synchron.

The business, which in December revealed a $75 million financing round that included funding from the investment firms of Gates and Bezos. He is one of the newest businesses developing technology in the field of brain-computer interfaces, according to news. With this, Elon Musk, the tech billionaire and creator of Neuralink, has introduced Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos to the expanding brain-computer interface (BCI) market.

It’s interesting that Musk also revealed last year that Neuralink was developing a brain implant enabling people to converse with machines by thinking about them.

Musk continued, “We believe we should be able to have our first Neuralink in a human in about six months.
